NEWS: Update on Our New Clinical IT System

We have now successfully completed the change to our new clinical IT system.

Although the changeover is complete, our team is continuing to familiarise themselves with the new software through ongoing training.  As with any major system change, there is an adjustment period while our staff become fully trained in the new processes.  During this time, there may still be some unavoidable disruption to our services, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Online services

One of the biggest tasks following the system change is restoring access to online services.  We currently have over 4,000 patients who need to be re-registered before they can use online services. Unfortunately, this process cannot be completed automatically.  Every patient must be re-registered individually this is a time consuming process and our staff are currently working through registrations as quickly as possible.

What You Need to Do

You do not need to contact the practice to request re-registration.  We will contact you by email. Please keep an eye on your inbox (and your junk/spam folder).

While You Wait

Until your online access has been restored you can request Repeat prescriptions:


• Via Our Website: Go to the prescriptions tab - select repeat prescriptions

• Or leave a written request at reception
