Before asking for a consultation  please check with the Receptionist if they can help you with your enquiry - as this may save valuable clinician time

If you need to speak to a clinician you may request a call back by phoning Reception

Please give the Receptionist as much information as possible in regard to what your query relates to.

This will enable the Clinician to prioritise their consultations  and to ensure they have all the information they need to reply to your query.

If the Clinician has enough information before speaking with you, the query can often be dealt with more efficiently/effectively.

THE RECEPTIONIST MAY SUGGEST ALTERNATIVE WAYS OF RESOLVING A QUERY, FOR EXAMPLE A CONSULTATION WITH ANOTHER MEMBER OF THE PRACTICE TEAM (EG DIABETIC NURSE TO DEAL WITH DIABETIC QUERIES)

We will do our best to let you speak to the clinician of your choice but it may not always be possible.
